So today was low intensity. My mind, however, is never low intensity.
As I watched the people filter in and out of the fitness center I thought back to the beginning of my day which started with 32 oz. of water... then a big coffee. Then I went for a doughnut, but they were closed, so I got a McDouble (Ketchup only, of course).
And then I thought, I wonder what the obesity rate is in Branson, MO. Having lived in Colorado Springs, CO, one of the top 10 most fit cities in America, I can't help but wonder how low Branson is on that list. Yes there are a number of over weight visitors coming to indulge even more in the plethora of fine dining our proud city has to offer, but what about the local population. I bet it's not good. I bet it's rather grim. But whatever, live your life however you want. At least if I have a heart attack it will be while climbing Mt. Everest, or running a marathon, or swimming an ocean.
I told you I'm never low intensity, didn't I?
